What is my coin worth?
If you have a certified coin by PCGS or NGC we can give you a general “ballpark” figure that we would not want to be held to without seeing the coin. A nice High Definition photo would be helpful. A “raw” or uncertified coin is more difficult without seeing the coin. Any figure or “guesstimate” that we would give would be in a larger ballpark and again not a figure that we could be held to.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We use Priority insured mail up to $5000.00. Over $5000.00 we use Registered insured mail (we use private insurance).Up thro four coins we can use the small Flat Rate Boxes (four is all we can fit in one and still meet our insurers requirements). Over four coins we will use the Medium Flat Rate Boxes. Shipping rare coins weight is usually not a factor. We always use a private insurance provider. If you want or prefer some other shipping method you will need to call or email to make those arrangement in which case additional charges may apply. Shipments will normally be made within eight business of receiving the order. Credit card orders will not be shipped any address other than the billing address.
How can I pay for the order?
At present we use Pay Pal for credit card payments. At Pay Pal you may use any credit card, you do not have to have a Pay Pal account. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address. However if you prefer other forms of payment we will accept Postal Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Bankwires and Personal checks. Shipping will be delayed ten business days or longer in order for personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks to clear. These types of “cash” payments will, at least most of the time, entitle you to a 3% cash discount. (There are a few exceptions). Bankwires are best if you want to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address.
